Seeking a seasoned Senior SAP EAM Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on delivering impactful SAP EAM solutions within the Oil, Gas, and Utilities sectors. We are looking for a hands-on professional with extensive implementation experience and a strategic mindset.

Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of SAP EAM functionalities and a proven track record in successful project deliveries. Your ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions will be key.

Lead and execute SAP EAM implementations, focusing on S/4HANA greenfield and brownfield projects, alongside ECC implementations. Gather and document client requirements, translating them into detailed technical solution designs. Provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and adoption. Collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.

A minimum of 7 years of relevant functional experience in SAP EAM is essential. Experience with 2 to 3 S/4HANA greenfield/brownfield implementations, with the remainder in ECC, is required. A strong preference will be given to candidates with a majority of work experience in implementation rather than support. Basic ABAP debugging and code understanding are desirable. Excellent organizational and communication skills in English are mandatory.
