Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP DMS and OpenText. You will be instrumental in leading complex enterprise content management initiatives, driving innovation, and ensuring functional excellence within the Metals, Mining, and related industries.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to align content management strategies with overarching business objectives.

Lead OpenText and ECM workstreams for SAP transformations, migrations, and enhancements. Drive SAP Content Server to OpenText migration projects, including assessments and planning. Design and implement OpenText Extended ECM for SAP Solutions, OpenText Archive Center, and OpenText VIM. Manage end-to-end document migration programs, defining migration strategies and execution. Design and support SAP DMS solutions, including DIR, classification, and version control. Support ECM processes and CAD integrations. Establish document lifecycle management and collaborate with stakeholders for solution alignment.

A minimum of 6-10 years of experience is required in OpenText, SAP DMS, ECM, and document management solutions. Proven success in leading SAP Content Server to OpenText migrations is essential. Expertise in OpenText Extended ECM, Archive Center, and VIM is critical. Hands-on experience with repository assessments, archive analysis, and content inventory reviews is expected. Strong knowledge of SAP DMS, including DIR, classification, and version control, is necessary. Experience with ECM, CAD integrations, and product lifecycle management is beneficial. A solid understanding of records retention, compliance, and information governance is required. Experience integrating OpenText with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party platforms is needed. Proficiency in testing, cutover planning, and go-live support is essential. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must. Experience in manufacturing or related industries is an advantage.
