As a key member of our team, you will lead end-to-end SAP Warranty and SAP CS solution implementations. Your responsibilities will include configuring warranty claim management, service notifications, service orders, and contracts. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions, managing various service processes like installation, maintenance, repairs, and returns.

Further, you will ensure seamless integration between SAP CS and modules such as SAP SD, MM, and PM. This includes managing warranty claims processing, entitlement checks, and reimbursements. Providing L2/L3 support, resolving complex issues, preparing functional specifications for RICEF objects, and conducting UAT and training are also core aspects of this role. You will be a driving force for continuous improvement in service and warranty processes.

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Senior Consultant with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP CS and a strong command of SAP Warranty Management. Proficiency in configuring service orders, notifications, contracts, and billing is essential. A solid understanding of integration points with SAP SD, MM, and PM, coupled with insights into after-sales service and warranty business processes, is highly valued.

Experience within an S/4HANA environment is a significant advantage. We also require strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is required for this role.
