Join our team as a Senior SAP CPQ Specialist, contributing to application support, issue resolution, and platform enhancements. This role requires close collaboration with business, sales, IT, SAP, CRM, ERP, and integration teams to ensure seamless quote-to-cash operations and drive continuous improvement.

Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP CPQ, addressing incidents and service requests. Configure and enhance product catalogs, pricing, discounting, guided selling, and quote workflows. Analyze root causes of production issues and implement effective solutions. Support integrations between SAP CPQ and other systems like CRM, SAP ECC, and order management. Monitor interface performance and resolve transaction errors. Translate business needs into functional designs and technical configurations. Prepare documentation for enhancements, including impact assessments and test plans. Conduct various levels of testing, including unit, integration, regression, and UAT support. Coordinate release processes and manage defect resolution. Maintain essential support documentation and knowledge articles. Participate in IT service management processes. Identify opportunities to enhance quote accuracy, reduce sales cycle time, and improve user experience.

A minimum of 4 to 10 years of experience in SAP CPQ implementation, support, or enhancement projects is essential. Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP CPQ configuration, covering product modeling, pricing, rules, workflows, approvals, and document generation. Proven experience supporting SAP CPQ integrations via APIs, web services, or middleware platforms. Solid understanding of quote-to-cash processes and sales workflows. Experience in production support, incident management, root-cause analysis, and defect resolution is required. Proficiency in testing and release management practices. Ability to create functional specifications, solution designs, test scripts, and support documentation. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is required.
