Join our team as a Senior SAP CPQ Consultant in Bengaluru, contributing to the DSA Auto and Auto Components sector. This role focuses on leveraging your expertise in SAP CPQ to enhance quoting processes and support sales operations.

You will be instrumental in providing application support, resolving complex issues, and driving improvements for the SAP CPQ platform. Collaboration across business, IT, SAP, and integration teams is key to ensuring seamless quote-to-cash operations and fostering continuous innovation.

Key responsibilities include delivering L2/L3 production support for SAP CPQ incidents and service requests. You will configure and enhance product catalogs, pricing, discounting, approval rules, guided selling, configuration logic, quote workflows, and document templates.

Troubleshooting production issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing sustainable fixes are crucial. You'll also support integrations with CRM, SAP ECC, and other systems, monitor interface performance, and translate business needs into functional designs.

This role involves preparing impact assessments, estimates, test scenarios, and deployment plans. You will conduct various testing phases, coordinate releases, and maintain essential documentation like knowledge articles and runbooks.

Active participation in incident, problem, change, and release management processes is expected. You will also identify opportunities to optimize quote accuracy, sales cycle time, user experience, and overall operational efficiency.

A significant part of the role involves writing, debugging, and maintaining custom IronPython scripts for advanced pricing, configuration, and automation. You will perform hands-on technical troubleshooting of scripting logic, API failures, and data sync errors, including log analysis and cross-system tracing.

We are seeking candidates with 4–10 years of experience in SAP CPQ implementation, support, or enhancement projects. A strong understanding of SAP CPQ configuration, including product modeling, pricing, rules, workflows, approvals, and document generation, is essential.

Experience supporting SAP CPQ integrations via APIs, web services, or middleware platforms is required. You should possess a solid understanding of quote-to-cash processes and sales cycles. Proficiency in production support, incident management, root-cause analysis, and defect resolution is also necessary.

Candidates must have strong testing and release-management experience, with the ability to create functional specifications, solution designs, and test scripts. Hands-on experience writing and debugging IronPython (or Python) scripts within SAP CPQ is a must.

Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including scripting bugs and data mapping errors, is key. Experience with SAP CPI or similar middleware for CPQ-ERP/CRM integration and debugging performance issues is highly valued.

Prior experience in a techno-functional SAP CPQ role is required.
