Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior SAP CPI Consultant in Mumbai. As a key member of the team, you will leverage your expertise in SAP integration technologies and cloud-based solutions. We are seeking a proactive individual ready to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment, ensuring seamless business process integration.

Develop, maintain, and support complex integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI/SAP Integration Suite.

Gather and analyze integration requirements from various business and technical stakeholders.

Build and support interfaces connecting SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur) with non-SAP applications.

Configure message mappings, define routing logic, and implement data transformations.

Monitor integration interfaces proactively, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis for swift resolution.

Support API-based integrations and web service implementations, and actively participate in SIT, UAT, and deployment phases.

Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, interface specifications, and essential support documents.

Collaborate closely with SAP functional and technical teams to meet integration demands and manage production incident resolution.

A minimum of 6 to 9 years of professional experience in SAP CPI/SAP Integration Suite or comparable middleware technologies is essential.

Demonstrated hands-on expertise in iFlow development, message mapping, integration monitoring, and exception handling within SAP CPI is required.

Solid understanding of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, OData Services, XML, JSON, IDoc Concepts, and RFC Concepts is necessary.

Proven experience integrating various SAP and non-SAP applications is expected.

Basic knowledge of Groovy Scripting, XSLT Mapping, security certificates, and OAuth authentication is beneficial.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and documentation skills, are vital for success in this collaborative role.
