Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP CO. This role is pivotal in driving innovative SAP solutions and contributing to our firm's growth in the Enterprise Technology and Services domain. We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and execute end-to-end SAP CO implementations and rollouts. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing cost controlling, profitability analysis, and financial reporting processes for clients across various industries. As a key member of our SAP Finance practice, you will focus on capability building and developing best-in-class solutions aligned with SAP S/4HANA. Your contributions will directly influence our ability to deliver high-quality, timely project milestones and drive continuous improvement within the SAP Finance domain.

Lead and support comprehensive SAP CO implementations and rollouts, ensuring successful integration across different industries.

Conduct detailed workshops to capture essential business requirements for cost controlling, profitability analysis, and financial reporting.

Configure and design core SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing (PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA/Margin Analysis).

Facilitate seamless integration of SAP CO with other critical modules such as FI, MM, SD, PP, and S/4HANA.

Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and collaborate effectively with ABAP teams for custom development (RICEF).

Oversee solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and provide essential go-live support.

Manage client interactions, lead design discussions, and secure necessary solution sign-offs.

Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and advocate for SAP S/4HANA best practices.

Mentor junior consultants, ensuring project milestones are met with high quality and on schedule.

Minimum of 6-9 years of extensive SAP experience, with a strong focus on SAP CO (Controlling).

Proven track record in 2-4 full lifecycle SAP implementations, ideally within S/4HANA environments.

Deep understanding of: - Cost Center Accounting (CCA) - Internal Orders - Product Costing (Standard Costing, Actual Costing) - Profit Center Accounting (PCA) - Profitability Analysis (CO-PA – Costing-based & Account-based)

Demonstrated experience integrating SAP CO with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.

Solid knowledge of financial closing processes, allocations, Material Ledger, and settlement procedures.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal and Margin Analysis, is highly desirable.

Capability to author functional specifications and collaborate effectively with technical teams.

Experience in data migration, execution of testing cycles, and providing post go-live support.

Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
