Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP CO (Controlling). This role is pivotal in driving the success of enterprise technology initiatives, focusing on functional excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth. You will play a key part in transforming our clients' financial operations through expert SAP solutions.

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead and support end-to-end SAP CO implementations and rollouts. Your expertise will guide clients through complex configurations, integrations, and the adoption of best practices within the SAP ecosystem.

Spearhead SAP CO implementation projects, from initial requirements gathering through to go-live support. Conduct detailed workshops to understand client needs in cost controlling, profitability analysis, and financial reporting. Configure core SAP CO modules such as CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA. Ensure seamless integration with FI, MM, SD, PP, and S/4HANA modules.

Develop comprehensive functional specifications, collaborating closely with ABAP teams for custom solutions. Lead testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and provide essential post-implementation support. Effectively manage client relationships, facilitate design discussions, and secure solution approvals. Identify opportunities for process enhancement and recommend SAP S/4HANA best practices.

A seasoned professional with 6-9 years of SAP experience, demonstrating deep expertise in SAP CO. Proven track record in 2-4 full lifecycle SAP implementations, ideally within S/4HANA environments. Comprehensive understanding of Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing (Standard & Actual), Profit Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis (both costing-based and account-based).

Proficiency in integrating SAP CO with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules is essential. Strong grasp of financial closing processes, allocations, Material Ledger, and settlement procedures. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including the Universal Journal and Margin Analysis, is highly valued. Ability to craft clear functional specifications and collaborate effectively with technical teams.

Additional requirements include experience with data migration, testing phases, and post-go-live support. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities are crucial. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, IT, or business administration is preferred.
