Seeking a seasoned SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Senior Consultant to spearhead and execute CFIN projects. This role focuses on designing, configuring, and integrating solutions for major SAP Central Finance deployments. The ideal candidate brings deep functional knowledge in SAP Finance and Central Finance, coupled with strong leadership and client engagement abilities.

Lead comprehensive SAP Central Finance implementations from initial requirements to final deployment.

Oversee the integration of financial data from diverse sources into the CFIN system.

Provide expert architectural guidance on Central Finance, SLT, AIF, MDG, and replication.

Define and manage the initial load strategy, including data mapping, validation, and trial runs.

Configure real-time replication via SLT, establishing monitoring and error resolution protocols.

Guide teams on performance optimization and escalation procedures for replication issues.

Manage project teams and deliver best practice recommendations through stakeholder workshops.

Integrate FSCM components with Central Finance processes.

Drive data migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.

Ensure adherence to global finance processes and internal controls.

A minimum of 6 years of direct experience in SAP Central Finance, with 6–10 years overall in SAP Finance/FICO.

Demonstrated expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).

Proficiency in SLT (System Landscape Transformation) and AIF (Application Interface Framework).

Hands-on experience with Master Data Governance (MDG) for CFIN.

Familiarity with integrating SAP and non-SAP systems.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.

Experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA Central Finance programs is advantageous.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
