This position offers an opportunity to lead in transforming business processes through SAP solutions, fostering collaboration, and driving impactful change within a dynamic consulting environment.

Lead functional discovery and workshops for order management processes, rules, and integrations. Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria. Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities. Partner with architects and integration teams on design impacts. Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios and expected outcomes. Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle. Mentor junior Business Analysts and support the readiness of business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Develop robust, scalable technical frameworks and BI solution architectures. Design, build, and deploy advanced dashboards and visual reporting systems. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and modeling. Author detailed technical documentation, including BRDs and Technical Design documents.

Interface directly with business leaders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements. Conduct market research to produce actionable marketing intelligence. Utilize Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to drive process optimization and operational cost reduction. Lead end-to-end project coordination, setting technical timelines and managing task prioritization.

A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with 4-8 years of relevant experience. Proficiency with SAP tools and platforms is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are expected, along with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage large amounts of data.

Key technical skills include Apps Script, Looker Studio, Plx Dashboards, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs, and Google Forms. Familiarity with programming best practices is also important. You should possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in SAP Project Management & Coordination.

Additional skills beneficial for this role include customer service, quantitative analysis, requirements gathering, Java/J2EE, SDLC Documentation and Specification, Visual Modeling, Project Documentation, Presentation Skills, and SAP Process mapping/modeling. A solid understanding of SAP solutions and experience in Technical Leadership & SAP Solution Architecture is highly valued.
