As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the end-to-end development of Joule agents within the Joule studio, designing scalable solutions and ensuring robust integration with various SAP and non-SAP systems.

You will be instrumental in mentoring junior developers, guiding technical design decisions, and fostering collaboration with architects, business stakeholders, and functional consultants. A key aspect of this role involves ensuring the performance, security, and compliance of all developed solutions.

Your responsibilities will include developing custom skills, actions, prompts, tools, and integrations for Joule, alongside crafting and designing custom agents with clear instructions. You'll also be responsible for the development and design of custom agent functionalities and ensuring seamless navigation of Fiori applications from Joule agents.

We are looking for candidates with 6-9 years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP, encompassing Fiori, CAPM, and Joule. A strong technical foundation in CDS, CAPM, SAP HANA Cloud, and OData/REST is essential.

Key technical skills include a good understanding of BTP authentication, role-based access, and ensuring security, scalability, and performance. Proficiency in monitoring agent performance, analyzing usage, and troubleshooting production issues is also vital. Experience in building custom MCP tools, implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns, and familiarity with DevOps, Git, CI/CD, Cloud Foundry, or Kyma are highly valued.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to lead small teams and effectively manage project deliverables. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or an equivalent field is required.
