Seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to excel within complex SAP BRIM landscapes, specializing in Convergent Charging (CC). This role requires a deep understanding of charging and billing scenarios, with a focus on highly customized environments. You will be instrumental in driving implementations and providing ongoing support.

Spearhead SAP BRIM CC implementations and lead AMS support initiatives. Configure and maintain Convergent Charging components, including charge plans, rate plans, and pricing models for diverse charging scenarios. Manage incident, problem, and change requests, performing root cause analysis for CC-related issues. Develop and enhance highly customized BRIM CC solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams like CI, CM, and SOM. Prepare essential documentation, including functional specifications and KT materials, and support all testing phases.

A minimum of 6 years of SAP experience, with a significant focus on SAP BRIM CC, is essential. You should have proven hands-on experience in BRIM CC implementations and AMS projects. A strong grasp of SAP BRIM architecture and the end-to-end charging process is critical. Experience in highly customized BRIM environments and cross-domain BRIM knowledge (CI, CM, SOM preferred) are key. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required for success in this fast-paced role.
