We seek a proactive professional adept at end-to-end BRIM CI processes, configuration, and system enhancements. Your expertise will be vital in incident management, problem resolution, and ensuring smooth service delivery within our AMS engagements.

Lead and execute SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing) activities for both implementation and AMS projects.

Manage the entire lifecycle of BRIM CI processes, including configuration, enhancements, and ongoing support.

Address incidents, problems, and service requests effectively in AMS engagements.

Diagnose and resolve complex issues within highly customized BRIM systems.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including BRIM-CC, CM, SOM, and ABAP developers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Support critical billing, invoicing, and revenue-related operations within the BRIM landscape.

Assist business and functional teams with root cause analysis and the design of effective solutions.

Develop and maintain essential documentation, including functional specifications, solution designs, and knowledge transfer materials.

Contribute to all testing phases, from unit and integration testing to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage defect resolution.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required.

We are looking for candidates with 6-10 years of comprehensive SAP experience, with a significant focus on SAP CI.

Demonstrated hands-on experience in SAP BRIM CI implementation and AMS support projects is essential.

Possess a strong understanding of SAP BRIM architecture and its end-to-end operational flow.

Proven experience working within highly customized SAP BRIM environments.

Cross-domain BRIM knowledge is highly valued, with exposure to BRIM-CC, CM, SOM, and ABAP being advantageous.

Solid understanding of integration points within BRIM and with other SAP modules.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and excel in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are critical for success in this role.

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA BRIM and basic ABAP debugging for BRIM-related issues is a plus.

Experience collaborating with global clients and managing large AMS engagements is beneficial.
