Seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in SAP BRIM CC (Convergent Charging). This role requires strong hands-on expertise in BRIM CC implementations and Application Management Services (AMS) support.

Lead and support SAP BRIM CC implementation and AMS activities, including configuration of Convergent Charging components such as charge plans, rate plans, and pricing models. Manage usage-based and event-based charging scenarios, balance management, and charging rules.

Address incident, problem, and change management in AMS engagements, performing root cause analysis and resolving CC-related issues. Work on customized BRIM CC solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams (CI, CM, SOM), and support integration across BRIM components.

Prepare essential documentation like functional specifications and KT materials, assist with testing activities (unit, integration, UAT), and provide functional guidance to users and junior consultants.

A minimum of 6-10 years of overall SAP experience with a significant focus on SAP BRIM CC is essential, complemented by hands-on experience in BRIM CC implementation and AMS projects. Candidates must demonstrate a strong grasp of SAP BRIM architecture and the end-to-end charging flow.

Proven ability to work effectively in highly customized BRIM environments and cross-domain BRIM knowledge (CI, CM, SOM exposure is beneficial) is required. A solid understanding of integration points within the BRIM landscape and excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are crucial.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA BRIM, exposure to diverse pricing models, basic ABAP debugging, or technical understanding for CC issues, and experience with large-scale AMS or global implementation projects are considered advantageous.
