In this role, you will lead and support SAP BRIM CC implementations and Application Management Services (AMS). Key responsibilities include configuring charge plans, rate plans, pricing models, and managing usage/event-based charging. You will also handle incident, problem, and change management, performing root cause analysis for CC-related issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (CI, CM, SOM) and preparation of functional specifications and documentation are essential. Support for testing activities and providing functional guidance to users and junior consultants will be part of your daily work.

A minimum of 6 years of SAP experience, with a deep focus on SAP BRIM CC, is required. Candidates must possess hands-on experience in BRIM CC implementation and AMS projects. A strong grasp of SAP BRIM architecture and the end-to-end charging flow is crucial, alongside experience in highly customized BRIM settings. Familiarity with CI, CM, and SOM is preferred.
