We are seeking a seasoned SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) Senior Consultant. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in BRIM Convergent Mediation implementations and Application Management Services (AMS) support.

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead and support SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation implementations and AMS activities. This includes designing, configuring, and maintaining mediation flows, handling data collection, filtering, enrichment, aggregation, and distribution.

You will manage incidents, problems, and changes within AMS engagements, analyze and resolve issues in customized mediation pipelines, and perform root cause analysis for data discrepancies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless integration between Convergent Mediation and Convergent Charging are key aspects of this role. You will also prepare functional/technical specifications, support testing, and guide junior consultants.

The ideal candidate possesses 6-10 years of overall SAP experience, with a strong focus on SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation. You should have hands-on experience in Convergent Mediation implementation and AMS projects, along with a robust understanding of the BRIM end-to-end architecture and usage-to-cash flow.

Experience in highly customized SAP BRIM systems and solid knowledge of mediation concepts (usage data processing, transformation, error handling) are essential. Cross-domain BRIM knowledge (CC, CI, SOM, FI-CA) is preferred, as is a good understanding of integration points within the BRIM landscape. The ability to work independently in complex environments, coupled with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, is required.
