We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in SAP BRIM CI, ready to tackle challenging billing and invoicing scenarios. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering value to our clients through robust SAP solutions and strategic application management services.

Lead and execute SAP CI activities across implementation and application management projects. Manage end-to-end BRIM CI processes, including configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Address incidents, problems, and service requests effectively within AMS engagements. Analyze and resolve issues in intricate, customized BRIM systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BRIM-CC, CM, SOM, and ABAP developers. Support critical billing, invoicing, and revenue-related functions within the BRIM environment. Assist business and functional teams in root cause analysis and solution development. Develop and maintain essential documentation, including functional specifications and knowledge transfer materials. Contribute to testing phases, such as unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, ensuring defect resolution.

We are looking for an experienced SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing) Senior Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP BRIM CI implementation and AMS support.

Key Qualifications: - 6–10 years of comprehensive SAP experience with a significant focus on SAP CI. - Demonstrated experience in SAP BRIM CI implementation and Application Management Services (AMS) support. - Profound knowledge of SAP BRIM architecture and its complete workflow. - Experience working within highly customized SAP BRIM environments is essential. - Exposure to cross-domain BRIM functionalities (BRIM-CC, CM, SOM, ABAP) is highly beneficial. - Solid understanding of integration points within the BRIM suite and with other SAP modules. - Ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced setting. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities. - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA BRIM is an advantage. - Basic proficiency in ABAP debugging for BRIM-related issues is preferred. - Experience engaging with global clients and managing large AMS projects is advantageous.

Education: Any bachelor's or master's degree in B.Tech, B.E, or a related technical field.
