Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM). This role is perfect for individuals with robust hands-on experience in implementing SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation and supporting AMS projects.

We are looking for professionals adept at navigating highly customized BRIM environments and possessing broad BRIM domain knowledge to tackle intricate usage data processing and mediation challenges.

Key responsibilities include leading and supporting SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation implementation and AMS activities.

This involves designing, configuring, and supporting mediation flows, including data collection, filtering, enrichment, aggregation, and distribution, as well as mapping mediation outputs to downstream BRIM components. You will manage incidents, problems, and changes within AMS engagements and perform root cause analysis for data discrepancies and performance issues.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams (CC, CI, SOM, FI-CA, RAR, ABAP) is crucial, as is ensuring seamless integration between Convergent Mediation and Convergent Charging. You will also prepare functional/technical specifications, configuration documents, and KT materials, support testing activities, and guide junior consultants.

We require candidates with 6-10 years of overall SAP experience, with a significant focus on SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation. Proven hands-on experience in Convergent Mediation implementation and AMS projects is essential, along with a strong understanding of the end-to-end BRIM architecture and the usage-to-cash flow.

Expertise in working with highly customized SAP BRIM systems and solid knowledge of mediation concepts like usage data processing, transformation, and error handling are necessary. Exposure to cross-domain BRIM areas such as CC, CI, SOM, and FI-CA is preferred. A good understanding of integration points within the BRIM landscape and the ability to work independently in complex support and delivery environments are vital.

Essential skills include strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with SAP S/4HANA BRIM, exposure to high-volume usage data, and performance tuning are highly desirable. A basic understanding of ABAP or technical debugging for mediation-related issues, along with experience in large-scale AMS or global BRIM implementations, would be advantageous.
