Lead comprehensive SAP data migration workstreams for S/4HANA implementations, transformations, and rollouts. Develop and support enterprise-scale data migration solutions using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS), overseeing all aspects from extraction and transformation to cleansing, validation, and loading. Craft detailed source-to-target mappings, migration strategies, and specifications aligned with business objectives. Execute mock loads, trial conversions, cutover activities, and post-load validation.

Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders and functional teams to ensure seamless migration of master and transactional data into SAP S/4HANA environments. Manage the migration of critical business objects including Material Master, Customer Master, Vendor/Business Partner, BOM, Financial Data, and Open Transactions. Utilize SAP tools like Migration Cockpit, LTMC, and LTMOM for efficient execution. Conduct data quality assessments, reconciliation, and governance activities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data migration issues, ensuring data integrity throughout the process. Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and production support phases. Prepare essential documentation, cutover plans, and validation artifacts, while driving continuous improvement in migration automation and governance.

We seek a seasoned professional with 5-12 years of direct SAP BODS (SAP Data Services) experience. Demonstrated success in at least two SAP S/4HANA transformation, implementation, or migration projects is essential. Strong proficiency in ETL development, data migration frameworks, data integration, and data quality management is required. You must have extensive experience in end-to-end data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and loading.

Hands-on expertise with SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LTMOM, and migration templates is a must. A solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA migration methodologies, cutover planning, mock conversions, and go-live support is crucial. Experience migrating various data types such as Material Master, Customer Master, Vendor/Business Partner, BOM, Financial Data, and transactional business data is key. Strong SQL and database skills across SAP HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server are necessary.

Develop comprehensive data migration specifications, transformation mappings, validation rules, and reconciliation frameworks. In-depth knowledge of data governance, data profiling, data quality assessments, and master data management practices is expected. Experience supporting SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migrations, Brownfield conversions, and Greenfield implementations is highly valued. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills are vital for collaborating effectively with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to overcome complex migration challenges.
