Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology and Performance (ET&P) team as a Senior SAP Basis Consultant in Mumbai. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and fostering innovation within our client engagements. You will be instrumental in building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes.

As a key member of the SAP team, you will contribute to cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of enterprise solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the technological landscape for our clients.

Manage comprehensive SAP Basis administration, overseeing installations, system refreshes, upgrades, and patch management for diverse SAP landscapes. Administer critical SAP environments including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Solution Manager, Fiori, and SAP BTP.

Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, while effectively handling transport management and landscape coordination. Provide expert database administration for HANA, Oracle, and SQL, including backup, recovery, and performance tuning.

Support high availability and disaster recovery configurations, troubleshoot system issues, and conduct root cause analysis. Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance, and audit requirements. Prepare technical documentation and operational guidelines, while mentoring junior consultants.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required. Candidates should possess 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations, with a track record of 2–3 end-to-end projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Bluefield).

Proficiency in managing SAP Basis administration activities, including installations, upgrades, patching, and transport management, is essential. Experience with various SAP applications and database administration for HANA, Oracle, or SQL is necessary. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills are expected.
