Manage comprehensive end-to-end SAP Basis administration across diverse SAP landscapes. This includes performing SAP installations, system refreshes, upgrades, kernel updates, and patch management.

You will be responsible for administering critical SAP environments such as S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Solution Manager, Fiori, and SAP BTP. Continuous monitoring of SAP systems for performance, availability, and capacity planning is essential.

Key duties also involve handling SAP transport management, coordinating landscapes, and performing database administration for HANA, Oracle, and SQL. Support for SAP HANA administration, including backup, recovery, and optimization, is a core part of this role.

Furthermore, execute system copies, client copies, and landscape refreshes. Manage SAP security-related Basis activities, user administration, and authorization support. Collaborate effectively with infrastructure, cloud, and network teams for system setup and maintenance.

Provide support for high availability and disaster recovery configurations. Troubleshoot SAP system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance, and audit requirements. Assist with implementation, rollout, migration, and AMS projects. Finally, prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational guidelines, while mentoring junior consultants.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 6–8 years of dedicated SAP Basis administration experience. A minimum of 3–5 years specifically in SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration is required.

Demonstrated experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects is essential for this role. Experience with SAP RISE, SAP HANA, and cloud environments is highly preferred.

Candidates must possess a BE/B.Tech or any full-time graduation degree. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to effectively manage and troubleshoot complex SAP environments.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are important for collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. The ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership is also valued.
