Lead SAP Basis workstreams for S/4HANA implementations, conversions, migrations, and upgrades.

Spearhead SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield transformation initiatives, including planning, execution, and Hypercare.

Execute SAP system upgrades, migrations, and landscape transformations with minimal disruption.

Manage SAP environments on RISE with SAP, ensuring stability and performance.

Oversee SAP installations, refreshes, kernel upgrades, and patching.

Design and support high-availability, disaster recovery, and monitoring frameworks.

Collaborate with functional, development, and infrastructure teams for end-to-end SAP programs.

Support integration of S/4HANA with various SAP and non-SAP solutions.

Perform system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Lead SAP security role remediation and authorization optimization efforts.

Manage transport, release, and technical deployment activities.

A minimum of 8 years of SAP Basis consulting experience is essential, with a proven track record in SAP administration, migration, and conversion projects.

Demonstrated expertise in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Conversions and transformation programs is required.

Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations, system conversions, database migrations, and RISE with SAP environments is crucial.

Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA Database Administration, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Landscape Management, and SAP Cloud technologies is expected.

Hands-on experience with SAP system installation, refreshes, kernel upgrades, SPS upgrades, and technical landscape management is a must.

Proficiency in planning and executing cutover activities, go-live support, and Hypercare is necessary.

Solid integration experience with SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur, Fieldglass, Salesforce, and other platforms is highly valued.

Hands-on experience managing SAP HANA databases, system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting is required.

Strong expertise in SAP Security role remediation, authorization concepts, and segregation of duties (SoD) is essential.

Knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure management, disaster recovery, and high availability architectures is expected.

Ability to lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and stakeholder interactions is necessary.
