Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior SAP Basis Consultant in Ahmedabad. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and growth through robust enterprise technology solutions. You'll work with leading clients in the Metals, Mining, and Industrial sectors, delivering complex SAP transformations.

Spearhead SAP Basis workstreams for S/4HANA implementations, conversions, migrations, upgrades, and support. Lead ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield transformations, including planning, execution, and Hypercare. Manage and optimize SAP environments, including RISE with SAP, ensuring stability and performance. Design and implement high-availability, disaster recovery, and monitoring frameworks. Collaborate across teams for end-to-end SAP transformation programs and integrate S/4HANA with various SAP and third-party applications. Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and root cause analysis. Lead SAP security role remediation and authorization optimization initiatives. Ensure efficient transport management, landscape governance, and release management. Provide cutover, go-live, and post-production support. Drive continuous improvement and automation in SAP Basis operations.

A minimum of 8 years of SAP Basis consulting experience is essential, with a strong track record in SAP administration, migration, upgrades, and conversion projects. Proven expertise in SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion and transformation programs is required. Extensive experience with S/4HANA migrations, system conversions, database migrations, technical upgrades, and RISE with SAP environments is crucial. Proficiency in SAP NetWeaver, HANA Database Administration, Solution Manager, Landscape Management, and Cloud technologies is expected. Hands-on experience with system installations, refreshes, kernel upgrades, SPS upgrades, and technical landscape management is necessary. Experience in planning and executing cutover activities, go-live support, and Hypercare is also vital. Strong integration experience with various SAP and third-party platforms is required. Expertise in SAP HANA database management, system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and capacity planning is needed. Deep knowledge of SAP Security role remediation, role design, authorization concepts, and SoD is essential. Familiarity with transport management, ChaRM, release management, and landscape governance is important. Knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure, DR/HA architectures, and operational support models is required. Ability to lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and stakeholder interactions is a must. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are critical.
