Your role involves translating complex business needs into actionable functional specifications and guiding technical discussions to ensure successful project outcomes. Lead client engagements by building and nurturing positive working relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.

Develop and implement SAP ARIBA solutions, focusing on Indirect Procurement processes including Sourcing, Contracting, and Procure-to-Pay.

Translate intricate business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications for development teams.

Oversee and provide guidance on Ariba integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity with ERP systems and other relevant platforms.

Facilitate technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and conduct constructive code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

Manage stakeholders effectively, communicating project progress and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

A graduate degree in Science or Engineering is required.

Possess 7-10 years of relevant experience in management consulting or a similar client-facing environment.

Minimum 10 years of IT and SAP development experience relevant to this role.

Demonstrate 4-6 years of IT experience with a strong focus on Indirect Procurement processes.

Showcase hands-on expertise in SAP Ariba modules, with a preference for Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, SCC, and Commerce Automation.

Exhibit a solid understanding of Ariba's Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including integrations like Cloud Integration Gateway and ERP integration.

Possess strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Be willing to travel for short and long-term engagements as needed.

Maintain high attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrate flexibility to work in shifts if project demands require it.
