Lead SAP ABAP development for implementations, enhancements, and support. Analyze business needs to create technical specifications and design solutions. Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, and forms (RICEF objects) using various ABAP technologies. Create and optimize interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and OData services. Implement enhancements via BAdIs, user exits, and enhancement frameworks. Develop modern ABAP solutions for SAP S/4HANA, including CDS views and AMDP. Debug, tune performance, and resolve complex technical issues. Support SAP S/4HANA conversion and custom code adaptation, including ATC checks. Collaborate with functional consultants across modules like FI/CO, MM, SD, and PS. Develop workflows and background processing programs. Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and support SIT/UAT. Manage transports and provide production support, including root-cause analysis. Prepare documentation and mentor junior developers. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders for timely delivery.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is required. We seek candidates with 4-6 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration. Proven experience in 2-3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Bluefield) is essential. Expertise in ABAP Objects, ALV, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms is expected. Proficiency in developing interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and OData services is necessary. Experience with BAdIs, user exits, and enhancement frameworks is crucial. Familiarity with CDS views, AMDP, debugging, and performance tuning is required. Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA conversions and performing ATC checks is beneficial. Strong collaboration skills with functional consultants are a must.
