Lead and execute SAP ABAP development for implementations, rollouts, and production support. Develop custom applications and enhancements, and design/maintain RICEF objects. Prepare technical specifications and develop advanced SAP S/4HANA solutions using ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and OData services. Implement enhancements via User Exits, BADIs, and the Enhancement Framework. Build backend integrations using IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs, Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs. Create and maintain forms using Adobe Forms and Smartforms. Develop ALV Reports, Module Pool applications, and custom ABAP programs. Conduct debugging, code reviews, and performance analysis. Utilize SAP performance tools like Runtime Analysis and ATC for code quality. Develop and optimize solutions following S/4HANA best practices. Support data conversion using BAPI and BDC. Develop and support SAP Workflow solutions. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

A minimum of 8 years of comprehensive SAP ABAP experience is required, with a strong emphasis on development. Proven hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, and production support project is essential. Expertise in ABAP/4 and Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP) is critical. Extensive experience with RICEF objects, SAP S/4HANA ABAP development (ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, OData services), ALV Reports, Smartforms, Adobe Forms, Module Pool programming, BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits is expected. Proficiency in SAP integration technologies like IDOCs, RFC, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and data conversion programs (BAPI, BDC, Call Transaction) is necessary. Experience with SAP Workflow development and troubleshooting is required. Familiarity with ABAP analysis tools (Runtime Analysis, SQL Trace, Code Inspector, ATC) is important. Strong debugging, performance tuning, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are key.
