Join our team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP ABAP development, bringing your expertise in SAP S/4HANA and enterprise application solutions. This role involves end-to-end project lifecycles, from implementation and rollout to ongoing support. You will play a key part in designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting complex SAP solutions, working collaboratively with functional teams and business stakeholders to drive functional excellence and innovation.

Lead SAP ABAP development across implementation, rollout, and production support engagements. Develop custom applications and enhancements for critical business processes. Design and build RICEF objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms. Create technical specifications and leverage SAP S/4HANA capabilities like ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and OData services. Implement enhancements using User Exits, BADIs, and Enhancement Framework. Develop backend integrations via IDOCs, RFCs, Web Services, and APIs. Build business forms with Adobe Forms and Smartforms, and develop ALV Reports and Module Pool applications. Conduct debugging, code reviews, and performance analysis. Utilize SAP performance tools for code quality. Support data conversion activities and develop SAP Workflow solutions. Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide timely fixes. Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive SAP solutions. Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

A Bachelor's degree is required, coupled with a minimum of 8 years of comprehensive SAP ABAP experience, with a significant focus on development. Proven experience in at least one full SAP implementation, rollout project, and production support engagement is essential. You should possess strong expertise in ABAP/4 and Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), with extensive experience in RICEF objects. A solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA ABAP development, including ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and OData services, is crucial. Proficiency in ALV Reports, Smartforms, Adobe Forms, Module Pool programming, BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits is expected. Experience with SAP integration technologies such as IDOCs, RFC, Web Services, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs is necessary. Strong background in BAPI and BDC-based data conversion and SAP Workflow development is required. Familiarity with ABAP analysis tools like Runtime Analysis, SQL Trace, Code Inspector, and ATC is important. Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving abilities are key. The ability to design scalable, optimized ABAP solutions aligned with SAP S/4HANA standards, along with strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, is vital. Experience in large-scale SAP environments is preferred.
