Seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Senior Developer to spearhead the design, development, and enhancement of mission-critical SAP solutions. This role demands profound expertise across WRICEF objects, contemporary ABAP techniques, S/4HANA extensibility, integrations, and workflow development, alongside a commitment to robust development quality.

Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and architects to transform complex business requirements into scalable, clean-core aligned solutions. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of SAP within the Oil, Gas, and Utilities sector, driving innovation and process optimization as ECC ERP platforms transition to S/4HANA.

Design, develop, and support S/4HANA solutions encompassing all WRICEF object types, including enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows. Translate business challenges and requirements into detailed system functionality and technical designs. Evaluate solution feasibility, identify risks, and assess business impact. Analyze current processes, data flows, and technologies to pinpoint areas for simplification and improvement. Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring full traceability of requirements. Partner with stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery teams to refine system designs and ensure use case fulfillment. Define acceptance criteria, coordinate testing efforts, and manage defect resolution. Lead stakeholder engagement, facilitate design sessions, and guide teams in analysis and delivery tasks. Conduct code quality reviews, enforce development standards, and provide constructive feedback to team members. Oversee assigned activities, ensuring adherence to cost, time, and quality parameters.

A minimum of 10 years of extensive IT and SAP development experience is essential. Possess advanced hands-on expertise in ABAP, OO-ABAP, ABAP 7.4+, Classical Enhancement Framework, and workflow development (classical and flexible). Demonstrate strong proficiency in CDS, CDS extensions, annotations, associations, joins, and performance optimization for CDS and Fiori applications. Showcase hands-on experience with the RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP), including managed/unmanaged scenarios, behavior definitions, service definitions/bindings, and extensibility. Exhibit a solid understanding of S/4HANA core concepts like RAP, CDS, BOPF, and object-oriented ABAP. Experience with next-generation S/4HANA extensibility is crucial, including custom fields, app adaptations, Custom Business Objects, and Central Business Configuration. Proficient in interface development using RFC, OData V2/V4, IDoc, SOAP, and RESTful services, with a good grasp of integration patterns and SAP BTP services. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and design-thinking capabilities are required, with a focus on lean processes.
