Join our team as a Senior SAP S/4HANA Developer in Bengaluru, contributing to critical SAP S/4HANA solutions. This role emphasizes hands-on expertise in WRICEF objects, modern ABAP, S/4HANA extensibility, and integration patterns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, clean-core aligned solutions that address complex business needs.

This position is integral to the transition of ECC ERP platforms to S/4HANA, offering a unique opportunity to shape improved processes and leverage advanced technologies within the Oil, Gas and Utilities sector.

Design, develop, and enhance robust S/4HANA solutions across various WRICEF objects, including enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows. Translate intricate business requirements into detailed technical designs, ensuring solution feasibility and mitigating risks.

Analyze current processes and data flows to identify simplification opportunities and drive improvements. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including suppliers and business teams, to achieve project goals and ensure successful delivery.

Lead design sessions, guide technical delivery tasks, and ensure adherence to development standards through rigorous code quality reviews. Manage assigned activities within budget, timeline, and quality constraints. Participate in Agile projects and contribute to continuous improvement.

A minimum of 10 years of IT and SAP development experience is essential, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations. Deep hands-on expertise in ABAP, OO-ABAP, ABAP 7.4+, Enhancement Framework, and workflows is required.

Proficiency in CDS, CDS extensions, annotations, associations, and debugging/optimizing CDS and Fiori applications is crucial. Experience with the RESTful ABAP Programming Model, including managed and unmanaged scenarios, is highly valued. Familiarity with S/4HANA concepts like RAP, CDS, BOPF, and object-oriented ABAP is expected.

Demonstrated experience in S/4HANA extensibility, interface development using RFC, OData, IDoc, SOAP, and REST services is necessary. Understanding of S/4HANA integration patterns, SAP API Hub, and relevant BTP services is also key. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are vital, along with excellent communication abilities. Flexibility for shifts is required.
