This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation within the Oil, Gas, and Utilities sectors. You will foster strong client relationships, aiming to consistently exceed expectations.

As a key member of our SAP Team, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting business-critical SAP S/4HANA solutions. Your expertise in modern ABAP technologies, S/4HANA extensibility, and integration will be crucial. Collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and architects, you'll translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and clean-core aligned solutions.

Drive the design and development of advanced SAP S/4HANA solutions, focusing on WRICEF objects and modern ABAP practices. Ensure the quality and scalability of technical solutions through hands-on development, code reviews, and adherence to quality standards. Lead development activities from technical design through deployment, including unit testing and defect resolution. Effectively collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to address complex technical challenges and ensure successful project delivery. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior ABAP developers, promoting best practices and project excellence.

A strong background in SAP ABAP development with proven experience in creating scalable technical solutions is essential. Proficiency in ABAP programming, including Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, Conversions, and Workflows (RI সমাধানের). Demonstrated expertise in ABAP Objects, Object-Oriented Programming, debugging, and performance optimization is required. Experience with SAP S/4HANA development, including CDS Views, AMDP, and OData, is a must. You should possess the ability to translate functional requirements into effective technical specifications and ABAP code. A Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) is required for this role.
