Lead SAP ABAP development for S/4HANA implementations, conversions, upgrades, and support engagements. Drive ECC to S/4HANA brownfield conversions, including technical assessment, custom code analysis, and remediation.

Execute SPAU/SPDD activities and design/develop solutions using ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and OData Services. Develop and support RICEFW objects and output management solutions. Analyze and remediate developments impacted by S/4HANA data model changes.

Collaborate with functional teams, support integrations with SAP and third-party systems, and perform performance analysis for SAP HANA databases. Drive technical innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requires 6-10+ years of SAP ABAP consulting and development experience, with proven expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. Demonstrated success in multiple SAP ECC to S/4HANA brownfield conversion projects is essential.

Must have strong hands-on experience with ABAP code remediation, simplification item impact analysis, SPAU/SPDD, and S/4HANA conversion activities. Proficiency in ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, Fiori Extensions, BAdIs, and User Exits is required.

Extensive experience with RICEFW objects, Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, and various SAP integration technologies is necessary. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are crucial for this role.
