As a Senior Consultant, you will build and nurture strong relationships with teams and clients, consistently exceeding expectations. Your responsibilities include taking ownership of workstreams to meet project objectives and Deloitte's quality standards.

You will develop solutions using Salesforce's configuration and customization features, proactively identifying and resolving workstream risks. Additionally, you'll identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and contribute to sector knowledge through firm initiatives and conferences. Applying awareness of global trends and emerging technologies to address client needs is key.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with prior Salesforce experience, including extensive expertise in solution design, client management, and conducting workshops. A strong understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodologies is essential.

Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is required. Experience with Heroku and e-commerce is advantageous. You should be adept at understanding requirements, preparing effort estimates, and designing systems. The role demands experience in client management and leading multi-member teams, along with demonstrated project discipline and adherence to best practices on the Force.com platform.

Excellent communication and analytical skills are necessary, as is the ability to develop project documentation and manage client deliverables. While not strictly required, knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado and Jenkins is a plus. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering from a premier institute is desired, along with 6-8 years of relevant experience in consulting or management.
