Seeking a seasoned Senior ReactJS Developer to spearhead the creation of advanced, scalable, and high-performance web applications. Provide technical leadership in frontend design and architecture for complex web applications. Establish and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and design patterns. Drive technical decision-making and recommend solutions for frontend architecture. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using ReactJS. Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable component libraries. Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into robust frontend solutions. Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, GraphQL services, and microservices. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, providing effort estimations and technical planning.

Implement performance optimization strategies for large-scale applications. Enhance page load times, application responsiveness, and overall user experience. Conduct performance profiling, debugging, and troubleshooting. Drive accessibility (WCAG) compliance and adoption of web standards.

Evaluate and adopt emerging frontend technologies and frameworks. Contribute to Micro Frontend and Design System initiatives. Support CI/CD and DevOps practices for frontend deployments. Collaborate with enterprise architects on application modernization efforts.

Requires expert-level knowledge of ReactJS, strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), and advanced experience in TypeScript. Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, and expertise in responsive and mobile-first development are essential.

Proficiency in state management tools such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand is required. Experience with frontend architecture patterns including component-driven and Micro Frontend architecture, Design Systems, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), and JAMStack concepts is crucial.

Familiarity with the modern React ecosystem, including React Hooks, React Router, Next.js, and React Query/TanStack Query, along with state and data caching strategies, is necessary. Experience in API integration with REST APIs, GraphQL, and authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SSO) is expected.

Solid experience with testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library, and familiarity with end-to-end testing frameworks like Cypress. Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices including Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM/Yarn, and CI/CD pipelines is required.

Preferred skills include experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), Kubernetes, containerized deployments, frontend security best practices, enterprise application modernization, AI-powered or data-driven applications, and Digital Transformation programs.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with 6+ years of software development experience, including a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on ReactJS development.
