Join our Technology & Transformation practice as a Senior Consultant specializing in Python Automation Testing. You will be instrumental in uncovering and leveraging value from data, providing strategic guidance, and implementing solutions to manage and transform information into actionable insights for data-driven decision-making.

This role focuses on business intelligence, data management, performance management, and next-generation analytics, including big data, cloud, and AI technologies.

Lead the development and enhancement of robust automation frameworks. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality automation applications and services. Ensure code quality, implement effective testing strategies, and uphold engineering best practices. Troubleshoot complex technical challenges across various layers, including applications, infrastructure, and automation.

Collaborate effectively within Agile delivery environments with cross-functional engineering teams.

A strong software engineering background with extensive hands-on Python development experience is essential. We require 6-9 years of total experience. Proficiency in automation technologies such as Playwright and/or Selenium is a must, alongside experience in building reusable automation frameworks. A solid understanding of API-driven architectures, microservices, and distributed systems is needed.

Exposure to cloud-native development, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines with modern DevOps practices is beneficial. Familiarity with software design principles and the ability to troubleshoot intricate technical issues are crucial. Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional teams is expected.
