We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Consultant specializing in Python and Playwright Automation for our Quality Engineering team in Bengaluru. This role is for engineers who excel beyond script execution, understanding system behavior and ensuring end-to-end quality outcomes.

As a Senior Consultant, you will take complete ownership of assigned testing activities, contributing expertise in Playwright script design, development, and execution. You'll collaborate with SMEs, provide regular updates, and proactively work on automation challenges. Debugging and troubleshooting Playwright automation issues independently will be a key part of your role, ensuring adherence to QA standards and best practices.

This position requires 5-8 years of Automation Testing experience, complemented by basic Manual Testing skills. Proficiency in Playwright using Python, including experience with the Page Object Model (POM) framework, is essential. Strong knowledge of Playwright locators, waits, assertions, debugging techniques, fixtures, hooks, and test data management is expected. Experience with Test Management tools like Spira and robust defect management skills are also required. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory.
