This Senior Consultant role focuses on Public Finance within the Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions group. You will be instrumental in guiding government entities and public sector undertakings towards enhanced efficiency and performance.

Leverage your expertise in economic analysis and strategic research to advise on critical areas such as public finance management, policy reform, and budget processes. Your work will directly contribute to improving the ease of doing business and fostering sustainable economic growth.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating government schemes, boards, and PSUs. You will conduct performance appraisals of PSUs, recommending restructuring for improved operational efficiency.

Assist in coordinating with line departments and supporting budget preparation and finalization. A crucial part of the role involves reviewing tax collection mechanisms and compliance processes, offering recommendations to boost the Ease of Doing Business.

You will also support client engagements in public finance, economics, process and technology reforms, and public expenditure reforms.

We are seeking a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in public finance and economic policy. Essential competencies include policy advisory, strategic research, and expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment.
