We are seeking an experienced professional to drive Agile transformation and manage complex programs. If you have a strong background in program increment planning, Agile coaching, and stakeholder management, this opportunity is for you.

Lead Program Increment (PI) Planning and execution, ensuring team alignment and tracking progress. Provide expert Agile coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Effectively manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating critical blockers as needed. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders including Business Owners, Product Management, and Engineering leadership.

Track and report key Agile and delivery metrics such as PI objectives achievement, velocity, cycle time, and defect trends. Drive continuous improvement through Inspect & Adapt sessions and promote a Lean-Agile mindset for operational excellence.

This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in Program Management and Agile methodologies. A graduate degree is essential.
