Drive the vision, strategy, and execution for our enterprise Customer 360 (C360) data product. This pivotal role focuses on developing and scaling a unified customer data platform essential for powering global credit card business insights, personalization, risk management, marketing, servicing, and regulatory reporting.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of robust product management expertise, deep knowledge of customer data domains, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business, technology, analytics, and data engineering teams to achieve tangible business outcomes.

Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the Customer 360 data product, driving the creation of a single, trusted customer view across all channels and geographies. Translate business requirements into detailed product features and user stories, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle. Define customer identity, segmentation, and attributes, while ensuring the delivery of scalable, governed data products. Partner with senior leaders to align product priorities with strategic objectives and communicate impact to executive leadership.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in Product Management, Data Products, Customer Analytics, or Data Platforms is required. Proficiency in SQL and Data Analytics is essential. Strong understanding of Customer 360, CDP, MDM, and enterprise data ecosystems is crucial. Experience within banking, payments, credit cards, financial services, or fintech environments is highly desirable. Proven ability to define product strategy, execute complex data-intensive initiatives, and manage stakeholders effectively, alongside experience in Agile product development.
