This role is seeking a skilled Data Product Owner to ensure the reliability and accuracy of our core Customer Master Data Management (MDM) system. You will be instrumental in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex data challenges within our custom, in-house built system.

As the direct owner of a growing backlog of system issues, you will proactively prioritize, triage, and organize data anomalies. This position requires a hands-on, technically adept individual who excels at bridging technical execution with product management principles.

Your expertise will translate detailed customer data insights into tangible, actionable system improvements, fostering a robust data ecosystem.

Take ownership of identifying, analyzing, and driving complex data issues within the Customer Master Data Management (MDM) system to successful resolution.

Manage and prioritize a dynamic backlog of system and data-related issues, ensuring a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Collaborate closely with engineering and technology teams to effectively troubleshoot and resolve identified data anomalies and integration challenges.

Analyze data flow and architecture to pinpoint integration bottlenecks and data quality issues across systems.

Advanced SQL proficiency for complex database querying, joins, and in-depth analysis of data anomalies.

Strong understanding of data flow and architecture, with the ability to identify integration bottlenecks and data quality lapses.

Capability to read, interpret, and validate API specifications and payloads for troubleshooting integration problems.

Proficiency in pattern recognition to analyze large datasets for data quality trends, duplicates, and systemic patterns.

Demonstrated experience in managing, structuring, and owning a high-volume backlog of system and data issues.

Proven ability to triage and prioritize issues using a strong analytical framework.

Success in partnering directly with engineering and technology teams to resolve prioritized data issues.

Any Graduate degree is required for this position.
