This role focuses on ensuring the integrity and health of our core Customer Master Data Management (MDM) system. The Data Product Owner will proactively identify, analyze, and resolve complex data issues within a custom, in-house system.

Direct ownership of a growing backlog of system issues is a key responsibility. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, technically adept product owner, skilled in prioritizing, triaging, and organizing data anomalies. Close partnership with technology teams is essential to drive issues to complete resolution.

Proactively manage the health and integrity of the core Customer Master Data Management (MDM) system.

Identify, analyze, and drive complex data issues to resolution within an in-house system environment.

Take direct ownership of a growing backlog of system issues, demonstrating strong issue backlog management.

Prioritize, triage, and organize data anomalies effectively.

Collaborate closely with technology and engineering teams to resolve prioritized data issues.

Translate detailed customer data insights into actionable system improvements.

Advanced SQL proficiency for database querying, complex joins, and deep-dive analysis to locate anomalies.

Strong understanding of data flow and architecture across upstream and downstream systems to identify bottlenecks and quality lapses.

Ability to read, interpret, and validate API specifications and payloads for troubleshooting integration issues.

Proficiency in pattern recognition to analyze large datasets for data quality trends, duplicates, and systemic patterns.

Proven experience in managing, structuring, and owning a high-volume backlog of system and data issues.

Demonstrated ability in issue triage and prioritization, employing a proactive analytical framework.
