We are seeking an experienced professional to lead complex projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational excellence. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming supply chain functions for our clients.

Lead the implementation and enhancement of key Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Supply Chain Planning, Procurement Cloud, and Order Management.

Drive system configuration, rigorous testing, and ongoing support, managing end-to-end processes across manufacturing and costing functionalities.

Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing and costing with other Oracle modules.

Conduct workshops to gather detailed requirements, pinpoint challenges, and devise solutions that streamline manufacturing and costing workflows.

Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, ensuring strict adherence to project scope and deadlines.

Mentor team members, foster a collaborative environment, and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Lead user training initiatives, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and develop comprehensive documentation for sustained support.

Ensure data integrity and compliance within Oracle Fusion applications through audits and validations.

Manage escalations and resolve complex issues within Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Costing efficiently.

A minimum of 8 years of comprehensive experience in End-to-End Supply Chain Management, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Demonstrated expertise across a majority of SCM functions such as Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Order Management, Pricing, Configuration, Product Information Management (PIM), and Quality Management.

Proven track record of hands-on configuration experience within Oracle Fusion SCM modules.

Excellent project management capabilities, including experience leading teams and managing project timelines effectively.

Strong problem-solving acumen, excellent communication skills, and proven client-facing experience are essential for success in this role.

Possession of Oracle certifications in SCM-related areas is highly preferred.
