We are seeking a motivated professional to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing our clients' project management and control capabilities through advanced Oracle Primavera functionalities.

Analyze business needs and develop comprehensive functional specifications and solution designs. Lead client workshops, requirement gatherings, and process assessments. Configure and implement Primavera P6, Unifier, Aconex, and Primavera Cloud. Provide expert recommendations leveraging Oracle Primavera best practices. Develop essential project documentation including design documents, process flows, and training materials. Support end-to-end implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and production support. Configure workflows, business processes, and project controls within the Primavera suite. Execute testing phases, deployment activities, and manage defect resolution. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and customizations. Deliver effective end-user training and drive user adoption initiatives.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required. A professional qualification like CA is also valued. Proven experience in configuring and implementing Oracle Primavera P6, Unifier, Aconex, or Primavera Cloud. Strong understanding of enterprise project management and controls. Experience in leading client workshops and gathering business requirements. Familiarity with ERP integrations and data flow analysis. Ability to support REST/SOAP-based integrations and drive workflow automation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
