Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant and Power Platform Developer. You will be instrumental in driving functional excellence and enabling innovation through advanced ERP solutions. We are seeking individuals who can transform data into actionable insights and build robust reporting solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver impactful analytics that support long-term growth and strategic objectives.

Develop and maintain sophisticated Power BI solutions, including dashboards, scorecards, and visual analytics, directly aligned with business requirements. Implement data transformation, cleansing, mapping, and automation processes using Power Query or Power BI Dataflows to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Collaborate with business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and Data/Business Analysts to gather requirements and deliver insightful reporting.

Manage Power BI Service workspaces, dataset refreshes, gateways, and implement row-level security (RLS). Design and build semantic data models, establish relationships, and apply best practices for optimal performance. Document best practices, governance standards, and deployment guidelines for Power BI assets across various environments.

A strong foundation in the Microsoft Power BI stack is essential, encompassing data engineering aspects. You should possess demonstrated experience with Power BI Desktop and Service, Power BI Dataflows, Power Query (M language), DAX, and SQL databases, with at least 6 years in these technologies.

Proficiency in SQL Database is required, including the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance. A solid understanding of data warehouse and data lake concepts is crucial for designing efficient reporting and analytics solutions. Experience integrating Power BI with Azure data sources such as Azure SQL Database, Synapse, Databricks, and Data Lake is expected.

Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies is beneficial. Strong data management and Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) are necessary. Excellent communication and presentation skills are vital for effectively sharing insights with business and leadership teams.
