This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects, leveraging your expertise in the latest Power Platform technologies. We are seeking a motivated individual to enhance our client's capabilities through advanced automation and data integration strategies.
Architect and implement comprehensive solutions across Power Platform components including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate (cloud and desktop), Dataverse, and Copilot Studio. Manage tenant governance using the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit, focusing on inventory, compliance, and resource management. Design and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, ensuring robust security and compliance across environments.
Define and oversee the Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process, including solution strategies, environment management, and pipeline deployments. Lead release governance, versioning, and deployment runbooks. Own Dataflows and Power Query logic for seamless data integration and transformation. Develop end-to-end Copilot Studio agents and lead Robotic Process Automation (RPA) delivery using Power Automate Desktop.
Design integrations with key enterprise systems like SAP, SharePoint, and various APIs. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, manage effort estimations, and develop phased deployment plans. Oversee cross-functional delivery pods, track adoption metrics, and generate executive reporting. Drive Generative AI adoption by identifying automation opportunities and building reusable assets.
Possess deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse data modeling, Adaptive Cards, and custom connectors. Demonstrate hands-on experience with Power Platform CoE Starter Kit deployment and administration. Proven ability in designing and administering DLP policies at tenant scale, including connector classification and impact assessment.
Showcase significant ALM ownership experience at scale, covering solutions, pipelines, environment strategy, and multi-environment promotion. Proficient in Dataflows and Power Query/M for Dataverse-backed data integration. Skilled in Copilot Studio agent design and deployment, as well as Power Automate Desktop/RPA for production environments.
Experience in integrating REST and SOAP APIs, SharePoint, and Office Scripts is essential. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting, PAC CLI, and Power Platform admin PowerShell modules is required. Strong client-facing communication skills, including conducting workshops, solution walkthroughs, and presenting to steering committees, are crucial for success in this role.
