As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering cutting-edge automation projects. Lead the full development lifecycle for automation solutions, from initial requirement gathering to final deployment and ongoing support. Design, build, and test both attended and unattended RPA bots, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and define effective solution strategies.

Translate complex functional requirements into technical workflows and efficient automation scripts. Develop reusable components and frameworks to ensure scalability and maintainability of solutions. Integrate automation with key enterprise systems including SAP, web applications, databases, Excel, SharePoint, and various third-party APIs.

Implement sophisticated exception handling, logging, and error recovery mechanisms. Monitor bot performance to guarantee high availability, reliability, and optimal performance. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-production maintenance. Maintain thorough documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and runbooks, while ensuring adherence to all security, compliance, and governance standards. Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and code reviews.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 5-8 years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of 4+ years specifically in RPA or Power Automate Desktop development. A strong, hands-on background in Power Automate Desktop (PAD) is essential.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of Power Automate Cloud Flows and their integration capabilities with PAD. Experience with the complete end-to-end RPA lifecycle implementation is crucial. Proficiency in UI automation (desktop & web), Excel automation, file system operations, and data extraction is required.

Familiarity with working with REST APIs, JSON, and connectors within the Power Platform is expected. Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and the broader Office 365 ecosystem is beneficial. Experience with exception handling frameworks, logging strategies, and basic scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, or JavaScript) is also required.

Understanding of version control and deployment processes is necessary. Exposure to AI Builder, OCR, or intelligent document processing solutions is a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for automation, along with experience in Agile/Scrum environments, will be advantageous.
