This role is for a hands-on Agentic AI Developer. You will be instrumental in designing and building enterprise-grade AI agents and automated business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Python, Azure, Power Platform, and Power Automate.

Key responsibilities include designing, architecting, building, and deploying AI agents and multi-agent solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Foundry. You will develop agentic workflows with advanced features like reasoning, tool/action invocation, human-in-the-loop, and robust exception handling. Crafting Python/Azure-based services, APIs, and custom tools for these agents is crucial. You'll implement RAG, enterprise knowledge grounding, and LLM-based solutions, alongside developing Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and Dataverse solutions as needed.

Furthermore, you will integrate agents with various systems including APIs, SQL, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems. Designing custom connectors and seamless integrations across Power Platform and Azure is a core function. Ensuring the security, DLP, governance, guardrails, and authentication for AI solutions is paramount. Experience in agentic observability, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop implementations is highly valued. You will manage ALM, CI/CD, and deployments using Azure DevOps, and take ownership of technical design, development, testing, monitoring, and production support.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in designing, architecting, building, and deploying AI agents and multi-agent solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Foundry is essential. The role requires expertise in developing agentic workflows, crafting Python/Azure-based services and APIs, and implementing RAG and LLM-based solutions.

Strong skills in Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and integrating agents with diverse systems such as APIs, SQL, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 are necessary. Experience in creating custom connectors, ensuring AI solution security and governance, and managing ALM/CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps are also key requirements. Candidates should demonstrate experience with agentic observability and evaluation for optimal performance.
