Join our Technology & Transformation practice as a Senior Consultant specializing in Power Platform and Copilot. This role is based in Bengaluru and focuses on platform development and integration within the Engineering domain.

Design and build enterprise AI agents and their underlying integrations on the Microsoft stack, with a primary focus on Copilot Studio. You will leverage your expertise in Power Platform and Azure to take business challenges from initial concept to fully governed production solutions.

Your work will span across diverse clients, industries, and use cases. You'll fluidly move between building solutions and shaping them according to project needs.

Key responsibilities include: - Designing end-to-end AI agents in Copilot Studio, covering orchestration, instructions, knowledge, tools, multi-agent patterns, channels, and human handoff. - Selecting the optimal Microsoft building block (Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot extensibility, Power Apps/Automate, or pro-code on Azure/Foundry) based on cost, effort, and risk. - Developing integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure API Management, Logic Apps, Functions, and messaging services. - Creating robust knowledge retrieval mechanisms for accurate, permission-aware answers using content preparation, indexing, Azure AI Search, grounding, and evaluation. - Implementing foundational Azure practices: identity, networking, secrets, monitoring, and cost control. - Setting up and managing delivery pipelines (source control, CI/CD in Azure DevOps/GitHub, Power Platform solutions/environments, automated testing, rollback). - Measuring and optimizing the performance, accuracy, and cost of built solutions. - Applying governance principles: data loss prevention, environment strategy, access control, and responsible AI guardrails. - Supporting solutioning efforts by translating client problems into solution options, architectural views, estimates, assumptions, and risks, while contributing to proposals and demos. - Mentoring developers, reviewing their work, and clearly explaining technical trade-offs to client stakeholders.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with a Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field. A minimum of 4–8 years in software delivery is required, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft stack.

Significant experience with Copilot Studio is essential, including generative orchestration and at least one production agent with real users. Proficiency in Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Automate, custom connectors, solutions, environments) and strong working knowledge of Azure services (Microsoft Entra ID, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, storage, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, virtual networks, private endpoints) are necessary. You should be adept at deploying and troubleshooting these services.

A working knowledge of Azure AI services, including Microsoft Foundry or Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent response evaluation, is required. Familiarity with integration patterns (REST, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, event-driven) and experience integrating with at least two enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, ITSM, HR) is important. You also need working knowledge of pipelines (Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, Power Platform ALM, automated deployments).

Strong solutioning capabilities, including creating architecture diagrams, defining non-functional requirements, providing estimates, and developing actionable written recommendations for clients, are critical for success in this role.
