Seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and analytics architecture. Collaborate on Power BI data modeling and the development of scalable data models. Participate actively in data architecture discussions, offering expert recommendations on best practices. Design and build robust data models for new Power BI initiatives. Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate reporting and analytics needs into actionable solutions.

Review and optimize existing data models for enhanced performance and maintainability. Develop insightful Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with business objectives. Utilize SAP data sources to create effective reporting solutions. Contribute to defining standards and best practices for Power BI development.

Be prepared for occasional onsite visits, approximately once per quarter, as project demands require.

A minimum of 6 to 10 years of comprehensive experience in BI, analytics, or data engineering is essential. Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, including a strong grasp of data modeling and dimensional modeling concepts, is crucial. Expertise in designing scalable, optimized data models and a solid understanding of data warehousing and analytics architecture are required.

Proficiency in DAX and Power Query/M is necessary. Experience with SQL and relational databases is a must. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital for effective collaboration with both onsite and offshore teams.

Preferred candidates will have experience reporting on SAP data and a familiarity with SAP data structures. Experience with enterprise-scale reporting projects is a plus. A valid US Work Visa or Business Visa is mandatory, along with the willingness to travel to the US for onsite work for 4–8 weeks per project.
