Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant, specializing in PMO and IT Project Management. You'll be instrumental in driving transformative projects that enhance functional excellence and foster innovation. Spearhead end-to-end project management, ensuring the successful realization of project objectives across diverse workstreams. Foster strong collaborations with business stakeholders, technology teams, and client leadership to adeptly manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Facilitate robust project governance, including status reporting, action tracking, and clear stakeholder communications.

Lead Agile delivery processes, utilizing JIRA for sprint planning and backlog management. Proactively monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks to maintain momentum. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliverables, while developing comprehensive project plans, dashboards, and performance metrics. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to elevate project delivery effectiveness and operational efficiency.

We are seeking experienced professionals with 6-8 years of combined consulting and project management expertise, ideally with a focus on technology and business transformation initiatives. A strong foundation in project management principles, including planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivery oversight, is essential. Hands-on proficiency with JIRA is mandatory and will be a key factor in selection. A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks is required, alongside excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced client environment is crucial. Experience working with distributed teams and managing client-facing engagements is highly valued. This role is based primarily in Delhi, with Mohali/Chandigarh serving as the base location.
