Spearhead end-to-end project management for diverse workstreams, ensuring the successful achievement of project objectives. Facilitate seamless collaboration between business stakeholders, technology teams, and client leadership to effectively manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Lead project governance meetings, provide timely status reporting, track action items, and manage all stakeholder communications. Oversee Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning and backlog management, leveraging JIRA. Monitor project progress diligently, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain alignment on project priorities and deliverables, while developing comprehensive project plans and performance metrics. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to boost project delivery effectiveness and operational efficiency.

A minimum of 6-8 years of combined consulting and project management experience is essential, ideally with a focus on technology and business transformation initiatives. Demonstrated strong expertise in core Project Management areas, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery oversight, is required.

Mandatory hands-on proficiency with JIRA is a critical selection criterion for this role. A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and established project delivery frameworks is also necessary. Candidates must possess excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced client-facing environment. Experience working with distributed teams and on client engagements is highly valued.
